How does an online lesson work?
Classes are held via video conference on Google Meet, from the comfort of your own home, with no special equipment required. All you need is a phone or computer microphone.
Why Google Meet and not Discord or Zoom? Google Meet is the only service that doesn't have automatic noise cancellation enabled by default. If this feature is turned on (like on Discord or Zoom), the beatboxing becomes inaudible, and it requires a bit of technical troubleshooting, which can sometimes take up time during the lesson.
1️⃣ Checking your level
🔊 Send me an audio recording via email before the session, and I’ll assess your level, this saves time
2️⃣Goal of the session
🎯 We’ll discuss together to decide what you want to focus on. This is done via email before the lesson.
3️⃣ Personalized Exercises
🎙️ During the class, I guide you, you practice, and we go over your work in real time
4️⃣ Personal Training
💪 You'll leave with specific exercises to do before your next session, if you'd like!
My Approach

Listening: First and foremost, I understand how you work. Your level, your learning style, the areas where you struggle. Every lesson is tailored to you.
Understanding: We break down every sound and every rhythm using concrete visual and auditory medias. Because a sound that isn’t properly understood keeps you away from mastering it. Understanding is what transforms doubt and hesitation into mastery and real confidence.
Practise: Sessions are built around practice, a powerful driver of progress. Reading fishing books doesn’t make you a seasoned fisherman. Having clocked up nearly 2,000 hours of training over 5 years, I’m convinced: it’s regular practice that leads to progress.
Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I take lessons to progress?
It really depends on your goals and how much time you can dedicate to practice between sessions. That said, most of my students follow one of these two rhythms:
• Every two weeks — the most common. You have enough time to practice the exercises from the previous session, build muscle memory, and come back with real progress to build on.
• Once a month — works well if your schedule is tight, as long as you stay consistent with your personal training in between.
The honest truth: the frequency of lessons matters less than what you do between them. A student who trains 15 minutes every day and takes one lesson a month will outpace a student who takes weekly lessons but never practices. Your commitment between sessions is the real driver of progress.
