How to do the Spit Snare?
Inflate your cheeks and release them all at once with your fingers.
You should get this sound.
Replicate the same action without your fingers, and then when you feel more comfortable with the sound, try to do it with inflating your cheeks.
After weeks and months of practice, you should get this sound. Don’t worry about the Spit Snare being too dirty, even for a few months.
How to do the Double Spit Snare?
You need to slide a hummable hi-hat (outward laryngeal movement). Perform a single Spit Snare as a first stroke, and then slide it to a hummable hi-hat by keeping the Spit Snare position.
How to do the Triple Spit Snare?
I know two ways for doing the Triple Spit Snare.
The Fake Triple Spit Snare (Double Spit Snare + Kiss hi-hat) - still hummable
The Triple Spit Snare using the lungs by performing P, T K (Basic Kick, Hi-hat and Snare) in the Spit Snare position - no more hummable
