Track your 30-Day Challenge beatbox sessions with this xls document.
To use it, enter your 30-day dates, the targeted training time for each day (it auto calculates the aimed time over 30 days), and the time you perform each day.
Then it will auto-color the lines in red, or green, if you’re below or above the aimed training time spent.
